Happy 2 Year Anniversary

It’s my blog-a-versary. Yay! Can’t believe it’s already been two years. This blog is my second child (although sometimes neglected, lol). You’re all like family and I thank you for staying with me and joining me on the road to healthy low porosity hair. I’m going to try to do a give-a-way later this year, so stay tuned!

I’m wondering who’s my longest subscriber? Has anyone subscribed to lowporosityhaircare since February 2013?

  1. Congrats Annabel! I’m sure I’ve been with you the full two years. I remember the day I found your previous site. I was up all night in sheer frustration trying to find out what to do with this hair of mine, and I can’t say that I’ve fathomed it yet, but I’m getting there. By the way, I tried your Rhassoul again yesterday (which my hair has previously hated – as all clays act like protein), this time mixing it with a conditioner, and leaving for an hour under cling film, and there was most definitely an improvement. My hair is usually very dry, puffy and hard after a Clay treatment. And adding ACV or Aloe Vera Juice just makes it worse. So I’m gonna try tweaking with Agave Nectar and oils, and see how I get on. Keep up the good work sweetheart, and a big kiss for little peanut.

    • Oh no, so sorry to hear clays aren’t working for you. Maybe you’re on to something with the conditioner. I remember when you first visited this site! Was it you who told me that Irish moss works well for you. Thanks for your lovely comments! The peanut, who’s not so little anymore, has such plump cheeks, I’ll be sure to plant a big one for you!

  2. Hello Annabel Dear,
